The Republic of Mozambique has received financing from the ADF hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Multinational- Post Cyclones Idai and Kenneth Emergency Recovery and Resilience Programme for Mozambique, Malawi And Zimbabwe (PCIREP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for10 Automatic Weather Stations. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing. 2. The Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia (INAM) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply10 Automatic Weather Stations one per the localities of Beira, Buzi, Marromeu, Maringue and Caia in Sofala Province, Machaze in Manica Province and localities of Mocuba, Milange, Maganja da Costa, and Chinde of Zambézia Province, Mozambique. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), (OCBI) method as specified in the Bank-s Procurement Framework dated October, 2015, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 4.
