Request for proposals for a Cholera Rapid response Mechanism for MozambiqueThe United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Mozambique is seeking proposals from duly qualified companies for a Cholera Rapid response Mechanism for Mozambique. The overall objective is to provide multi-sectoral rapid response to cholera outbreaks in any location of the country in less than 48 hours. The selected contractor(s) is expected to have at multisectoral team comprised of 3 experts (Health, WASH, and Social Behavior Change specialist) on standby ready once a cholera alert has been triggered. UNICEF wishes to enter into a non-exclusive 12-month contract(s) for the provision of a multi-sectoral assessment and response programme to address cholera needs nationwide, with up to 3 companies. This opportunity is opened to private companies and/or non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and we highly encouragebidders to form consortium or joint ventures to combine and complement their expertise and experience with other capable organisations.The documents referent to this invitation to bid including the terms of reference must be requested through supplymaputo@unicef.org stating the reference LRPS-EMA-2024-9188688 in the subject line.Companies eligible to provide these services are invited to submit their proposals (technical and financial in English) by 23h59 (Maputo time) on 27th March 2024, directly to moztenders@unicef.org.
