Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy for Detailed Engineering Design and Supervision Works for 2 Hatcheries in Chimbunila and GúRuè Detailed Engineering Design and Supervision Works for 2 Hatcheries. Main activities to be carried out by the Consultant include, but are not limited to: ✓ Preparation of conceptual hatchery and project study reports; ✓ Preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Designs, Plans, Specifications, Cost Estimates, ✓ Bills of Quantities, Statements of Works (SOW), Drawings, etc. ✓ Project Controls activities, including cost estimate preparation and review, and schedule preparation and review. ✓ Identification of interested and affected parties (ESIA). ✓ Holding a Public Consultation Meeting with affected and interested parties. ✓ Submit the formal request for the instruction of the environmental and social impact evaluation study at provincial level; ✓ Project supervision (scope, schedule and budget). The purpose is to describe in details the required services for Engineering Design and supervision work. The Consultant are alerted that the proposed tasks/activities to achieve the overall called upon scope of services shall be considered exhaustive. The following provides the scope of the required services divided into 3 (three) specific phases: phase I - Detailed Engineering Design and Environmental & Social Studies; phase 2 - Construction supervision of the works; phase 3 - Post-Construction The duration of the assignment is 19 months. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank-s Procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations dated 2015, which is available on the Bank-s website
