Description:
Consultancy for development of standards, a strategic roadmap and reinforcement of the monitoring system consultancy for technical assistance to the Ministry of Health in the Area of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Health Units, Support in the development of standards, a strategic roadmap and reinforcement of the monitoring system. The consultant will initially support the design of the methodology for developing the document that includes the approach to be used in developing the document and then implementing it. The process and approach should include an assessment of the current situation, the establishment of targets and prioritization of interventions based on risk factors (maternal and neonatal mortality, malnutrition, areas of high incidence of cholera, etc), internal and external consultations within and outside the health sector, facilitation of meetings, seminars and technical debates, writing of document proposals until final approval. The consultant is expected to carry out an analysis of the existing system and its gaps in terms of data type, collection capabilities, management and systematization and ultimately produce an open data collection and visualization platform that can also be used in situations of emergency. The consultancy is expected to last around 6 months and start in July 2024.
