- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Development of the National LPG Master Plan and a 10 -Year Horizon Investment Forecast The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Energy For All Program (ProEnergia+), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Services. The consulting services ("the Services") include: i) Conducting a situational analysis of the current local and international LPG supply-demand balance including socio-economic, health, and environmental assessments and projecting it to 2035; ii) Exploring alternative business models and technologies and create investment cases for essential projects; ii) Validating LPG targets and recommend policy improvements
