- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for HIV and AIDS, Gender Sensitization and Road Safety Program Mueda-Negomano Road Project Portion of the Road Section between Mueda and Nambungale in Cabo Delgado Province The National Roads Administration (ANE, I.P.) now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute Joint-Ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. The expected duration of the assignment shall be 18 months. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedures shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank-s Procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations dated 2015, which is available on the Bank-s website at http://www.afdb.org. The consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Bank Operation Procurement Manual, Part A, Volume 1, dated November 2018.
