Description:
The World Bank is seeking a data collection firm to conduct datacollection, both remotely and in-person, to inform the World Bank and theGovernment of Mozambique, specifically the National Institute of Social Action(INAS), that payments were received by the correct beneficiaries, ensure theirsatisfaction, and assess the use of the received amounts in alignment with theprograms' objectives. The payments refer to the financial assistance providedto beneficiaries under various social protection programs, including the BasicSocial Subsidy Program (PSSB), the Direct Social Support Program (PASD), andthe Productive Social Action Program (PASP). The key steps in this exerciseinclude covering at least three cohorts of beneficiaries across all provincesuntil October 2026, working closely with the World Bank team, INAS, and localpartners to coordinate activities, recruiting and training enumerators, andensuring the quality and security of the collected data. The organization willalso be responsible for data analysis and reporting, providing actionableinsights and comprehensive reports to the World Bank.
