The candidate-s experience in setting up organizational infrastructure such that it is self standing and fit for purposes, specifically in procuring the necessary services, physical devices, software's and subscriptions; installing and configuring physical equipment; and installing, configuring and setting up software, cloud and virtual systems; and his knowledge/skills in Portuguese shall be a critical criterion in the selection.
