• Request for proposals are invited for Health Communication Video Production Services The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) has been working in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Provincial Health Directorates since 2004 to support the Prevention of Vertical Transmission (PMTCT) and Antiretroviral Care and Treatment (ART) program, with funding of the American Government (PEPFAR). Through the ESCALA Project, EGPAF supports the government of Mozambique to achieve control of the epidemic through capacity building at all levels of the health system to deliver sustainable models of HIV and tuberculosis facilitation services and community services to continuity of care. The Foundation's mission is to eliminate Pediatric HIV & AIDS through prevention and treatment, research and advocacy programs, ensuring access to quality health services in the provinces of Gaza and Inhambane where it currently implements projects. Within the scope of the operationalization of the health communication plan and the close-out plan of the ESCALA project, EGPAF aims to produce health communication videos, for, among other purposes, bringing the beneficiary, the health provider and the society as a whole, themes such as the suppression of viral load, community engagement, CACUM, among others for their behavior change SCOPE OF WORK AND CONTRACTOR DELIVERABLES 1.Contractor Profile Proven experience in scripting, recording, editing and finalizing videos with formats for TV, WhatsApp and other social networks • Good planning; • Experience in producing content that generates knowledge and evidence about causes; • Proof of experience should be done through portfolio, al is m of two works in the manner required to approximate theme. 2.Work description The services provided for in this term of reference include the production of colored videos in the format for the TV and WhatsApp platforms. The technical informational content for the production of the videos will be provided by EGPAF, and coordinated by the Communication officers based in the provinces of Gaza and Inhambane. 2.1. The production of 4 video spots with a duration of 45 seconds on community engagement, Viral Suppression, PTV and TB; 2.2. Production of 4 videos with the duration of 3 to 4 minutes with testimonials of users, health care providers and workers to EGPAF on issues related to the 90-90-90 targets 2.3. Production of 1 15-minute documentary on the achievement of the 90-90-90 targets for the control of the epidemic, associated with the 4-5 years of implementation of the ESCALA Project, Challenges and lessons learned. Facts, interviews, data, testimonials from providers, users, EGPAF and MISAU / DPS. Specification of the Service Provided The professional or contracted company must: • Create script defined scenes from briefing with the projection team c to • Make detailed recording schedule • Deliver scripts for the 3 video models; • Deliver the three edited and finished videos; • Up to 2 rounds of alteration of the videos before the approval of the final version; • Deliver clean version of the videos on time; • SRT file of the video subtitles in Portuguese and in English; Respect the dates and deadlines established by mutual agreement; Cost and payment format • Payment will be discussed during the negotiation process. • Accommodation and transportation costs in the Project areas in the provinces of Inhambane and Gaza should be included in the proposal. • The costs with food and transfer home / 1st night, last night / home must be included in the proposal. • Taxes and estimated transportation costs must be specified in the proposal.
