- IFC and M-Pesa Mozambique seek to recruita company with expertise on sales and portfolio customer management for aperiod of to 12 months to:1. Retain the existing portfolio ofactive merchants, and identify cross and upsell opportunities. 2. Reactivate all the dormant merchantaccounts and ensure they start transacting with a minimum of 5 transactions onthe first month.3. Monitor, train and support all merchantson the day to day queries and usage of paga facil and mini pagafacil whereapplicable ensuring a continuous interest on the promotion of payments troughpaga facil in each merchant point of sell. 4. Increasethe actual transaction volumes by driving customerflow to the merchant outlets.5. Drive awareness of M-Pesa-s value-addservices and the products available through the merchant network.
