- Expression of Interest are invited for Performance Evaluation of the Mozambique Investment Climate II Project. IFC seeks to hire a consultant to undertake a performance evaluation of the Moz IC II project. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess accomplishment of the project on its objectives. This evaluation will provide an assessment of the design and delivery of the project, and results accomplished. The review should be done through the lens of the IFCs Development Effectiveness Approach, which looks at a projects strategic relevance, output, outcome, impact, and efficiency, and additionally discuss sustainability. The consultant will conduct a survey to collect data to calculate and verify the compliance cost savings (CCS) achieved by the project.
