Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Medical Insurance Health Coverage Services OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT/SCOPE OF WORK Malaria Consortium now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for supply of all of the following services: 1. The provision of comprehensive medical Insurance cover to all locally employed Malaria Consortium staff in Mozambique plus up to three dependents ( spouse and 2 kids until 21 years old). 2. Coverage of reasonable inpatient and outpatient health care costs in with all of the contracted health care providers for health and chronic 3. Coverage options should include only employees and up to three dependents. (Staff can include spouse, 2 kids. Extended family dependents - can be allowed - and support the costs) 4. Proposals should address the possibility of adding extended family dependents 5. Provision of coverage at the national and international level and for coverage for staff temporarily outside the country on holiday or business, and coverage for treatment sought outside the country (for services not available in Mozambique) 6. Coverage of treatment will be in accordance with contractor-s option plan (including Covid tests for staff members in case of need) 7. Coverage of psychological counselling specially during during this pandemic moments, where staff members are dealing with some mental problems such as stress, anxiety, frustration and even physical ones as violence of every kind.
