Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of Contractors for Design and Build of the New Edm Headquarters Building. The Electricidade de Moçambique, E.P. - EDM, intends to build its headquarters building, in a plot located in Maputo City. 2. The main objective of this Tender is to select a Contractor to present its best Proposal to design and build, with finishing of interior spaces “Core and Shell”. 3. For this purpose, EDM invites interested companies who are eligible, to manifest their interest in providing services for the works referred above independently, or subcontracting Consultant companies (for the Architecture and Engineering). 4. The Bidders can do a Joint Venture to strengthen their qualifications. 5. National and International Companies, both established or not in Mozambique, are all eligible to participate in this Tender
