Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment to the Ministry of Health and the Energy Fund in Mozambique. Desktop Processor Intel: Core i7 Memory: 4GB 250GB SATA hard disk (7200 RPM) Dual Layer DVD+/-RW Drive 10/100/1000 Mbps (Gigabit) Ethernet 5 doors USB 2.0 128 MB video RAM OS: freeDOS 3-year guaranty Monitor 20" LCD display, with classification EnergyStar Keyboard: English QWERTY keyboard Mouse wired optical and ETC. Award criteria The contracting authority selects the regular tender that it finds to be most advantageous, taking account of the following criteria: • Price: 100%; With regards to the ‘price- criterion, the following formula will be used: Points tender A = amount of lowest tender * 100 amount of tender A. Concluding the contract Pursuant to Art. 95 of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017, the contract is formalized by the notification to the chosen tenderer of the approval of his tender. Notification is by registered letter, by fax or by any other electronic means in as far, in the latter two cases, the content of the notification be confirmed within five calendar days by registered letter. So, the full contract agreement consists of a public contract awarded by Enabel to the chosen tenderer in accordance with the following documents, in the order of precedence: • the notification of the award decision, • these tender documents and the annexes, • if any, minutes of the information session and/or clarifications and/or the addendum, • the tender and all its annexes, • any later documents that are accepted and signed by both parties.
