General Procurement Notice for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Digital Access Rooms for EDM. The Digital Access Room must seamlessly integrate with an on-premises Multi-conference system for five (05) different Medium size meeting rooms (8-16 persons) with five (05) Video collaboration Unit, using standard IP protocol and signalling protocol such as SIP and H323 and ten (10) Small Unit collaboration with Named User (NU) license to host cloud-based meetings. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the said Executing Agency, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 50.00 (Fifty United States Dollars) to be deposited in the account indicated below.
