- The International Labour Organization (ILO) in close partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADER) is implementing the IFAD funded project Decent work for Youth in Mozambique (DW4YM). The objective of the project is to contribute to the creation of decent work for young men and women in Mozambique. Specifically, the project will create more and better employment opportunities for vulnerable youth in the provinces of Cabo Delgado, Niassa and Nampula in Northern Mozambique through the development of technical/vocational skills and entrepreneurship of youth along with a focus on agribusiness development and employment intensive infrastructure investments
